>>12545474>>12545475Oh, I've heard of that but the data used in those Pokedex is very out-dated, and some are personal claims of trainers, if and when not much is knows about the Pokemon. The Pokedex is and forever will be a work in progress, and that means it will never be 100% correct.

Serperior is 10'10" long, it's a big Pokemon so limbs would only slow it down, so "dragging" it's body is a more efficient method of moving around.
