There was only one Pokemon that I forgot existed and it was just a derp moment. During a Challenge of a fanmade Pokemon game (Pokemon Island) I caught Pikachu even though I have a personal rule where I always catch the lowest form possible and evolve them myself. I seriously forgot that Pichu existed until I actually threw the ball and have the Pikachu in my party. Even then like I said was only a derp moment as I remember right after.
I think most baby Pokemon are forgettable simply because of how useless they are and how you can skip out on obtaining them.
