Over time, I ended up seeing the girls who interested me as if they had stats like Pokemons;
Beauty, Passions (if we share same passions), Discussion (if she's able to hold a conversation easely), Health, Sexuality, Family Life, Loyalty, Sociability (protips : a gf without some good friends is a shit plan.), and if she could fit into a long-term relation.
