>>50106072The "stage 2" applies to Charizard, Charmeleon is the "stage 1" (and would have the picture of charmander), and charmander is a "basic" pokemon.
I've always thought they should've used Stage 1-3 for pokemon cards, but they never have.
For example, this Scizor is a 'stage 1', but you'd THINK an evolved pokemon would be a stage 2 and up depending on the evolutionary line.
