>>15129332It depends on the palette of the Poke'mon. Its not Garchomps fault that his colors have no "shinified" color scheme. Like, if you were to hack a say Ruby rom or something, and you editted the sprite into a different color, its new sprite would take the colors and find the shiny opposite of that color. Which is why most Pink shaded pokemon are blue. ex; Ditto, Mew. Its just their shade of pink they are.
