My new Gible died from a surprise-destruct Geodude in Wayward Cave. I was right at the end, and not a single Geodude had used that move the entire trip. But the thing is, I was with Mira at the time, so after the battle ended, my Gible had full hp, as if nothing happened. I also found a revive in the cave.
With all of this in mind, can I consider my Gible still alive? Or for the sake of integrity, is it best if I chuck it?
