I already posted some comic-strips about it; 3 Pokémon died.
Zayne the Ivysaur, critical hit from Colress' Klink; Therru the Kirlia, ridiculous 0.25% chance death from an wild Quick Claw'd Sanshrew with Magnitude 10 and Amoeba the Cottonee, killed by a double crit in a double battle against two Scraggy. ;___;
Still managed to beat the 4th Gym. It was pretty easy since I had Momiji, who is capable of learning Rock and Ground type moves.
Only a few EXP short to get to level 30 and finally evolve into eviolite Pupitar. Nothing else special happened.
I got several new Pokémon though: Ravi the Tyrogue (now Hitmonlee), Rexxxie the Heracross, jvk the Beldum (now Metang), Crimson the Smoochum, Isla the Hoppip and Ramsey the Budew.
And just to satisfy my curiosity I'll Pokécheck all casualties from now on.

Huh, seems like foreign eggs hatched on your game keep their original nationality. I didn't know that.
