>>13655076Oh, I can point facts too.
Pokemon Box was a $69.99 MRSP retail game. It had storage and came with a memory card and a GC cable link. You could use more than 1 game there, so it was pretty useful, until your Memory Card got corrupted and bye bye 1,500 pogeymenz. My Pokemon Ranch, a $20 WiiWare download, was fucking pointless because it was tied to one game and only duplicated the storage, also, it wasn't compatible with HGSS/BW/B2W2, so it was shit.
So, let's say Pokemon Bank cost $5 a year, right? Nintendo confirmed the idea behind this is to keep your pokemons forever and you can tie more than 1 game to it. So, 10 years of Pokemon Bank are $50, and you have
>access to all your pokes, anytime, anywhere>security of your info>backup if you lost your catridge and want to download some of them in the future>promise of compatibility with future releases>multisesion so you and a bunch of friends can use the same account and make it even cheaper>stopping the hackers of fucking the fun of othersThis is a big fucking deal. Pokemon Box didn't lasted 10 years. Even less My Pokemon Ranch. I'm gonna buy an account for me, my bro and my gf.
And all the other online features, battling, trading, everything, still there.
If you don't want it, don't use it. That's all.
