Another idea would be to use it's geometric wings / tail fan in some way. Maybe add another pair of wings, make them a lot thinner and instead of flapping have them spin like a propeller, making Flygon look like a helicopter. Same with the tail fan. Would probably look pretty fucking stupid in a hindsight, but hey, at least he would fit right next to Mega Mence, which is considered it's canonical rival.
