I think USUM leaks like Rainbow Rocket are done on purpose by Game Freak. As we all know, some things are truth and some things are lies in leaks. I am predicting a marketing plan. Step 1: Spit out USUM leaks in March and make fans believe that USUM has a single facility similar to the Battle Factory. Step 2: Unleash the Battle Frontier on 11/2.
If USUM has the Battle Frontier, you want people to not believe it's in the game. That way, you create the momentum for an earth-shattering surprise. What the fuck would be fun about saying Battle Frontier in the leaks? Expectations that get confirmed are nowhere near as fun as surprises. Now that we have a pre-announced trailer, people can go onto Twitch and YT to see how people react to the trailer.
I think USUM is going to finish Looker and Anabel's story that started in ORAS.
