What sucks is that TPC is egging this shit on because it makes a crap ton of money for them. And TCG has never been a big financial draw for the company the way it is now. So they're just happy they're getting the money and exposure. But at this point this is really starting to become an anti-consumer situation. Instead of just pausing production until the hype dies down so your average person can buy a pack or something they would rather make physical cards so fucking rare they become far more valuable than what they can reasonably sell them for. Because I've legitimately haven't seen a pack or box of cards at my local box store chain in almost an entire year now. Shit really isn't fair casual people/collectors.
