>>22615678>>22615673Go look at the way it moves in amie. It's not hair, unless its all magically clumped together. There's absolutely zero loose strands in any depiction of Gardevoir, and it seems to be an entirely solid substance as opposed to be being made of tightly packed strands of hair.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, my theory is that Gardevoir have very little in the way of a traditional skeleton (hence the Amorphous Egg group), and that likely means a weak or even no skeleton (though likely some degree of skeleton due to its preevolutions needing one). The helmet is likely a mass of cartilage to protect the brain then and obviously covered in skin (the same colour of skin on the torso, arms and inside of the 'dress'), which is why it seems to be somewhat pliant and sway a little, while still being one single mass.
