What happened to the days of grounded villains like Team Rocket and Neo Team Rocket? Legendaries like Mewtwo and the dogs that were strong and could maybe cause natural disaster but weren't reality warpers or gods or apocalyptic weapons? I won't blame any game in particular for "starting" this trend because I believe TPC can avoid rehashing plotlines. Just because an element appears in one game does not
mean it has to be in every game that comes after. Gamefreak ruined everything, it isn't the games' fault.
