>>48790667Time to do some sidequests.
>ChuckThis is a big one. Of all the Johto leaders, I don't have to fight them to get their items as they can be gotten from Raids - but for Chuck, I do, the Focus Sash he gives is the only one. His team - Cobalion, Blaziken, Gliscor, Kommo-o, Mega Gallade, Zamazenta-Crowned. Not just the first Uber, but Chuck has a field effect going on where they get Sturdy if they're above 75% HP.
Lead Centiskorch and surprisingly his Cobalion just Close Combats, doesn't go for Rocks at all. Kommo-o comes out and serves as a nice pivot with Galarian Weezing - once I swap Weezing in, he swaps Kommo-o out for something I can hit hard with Weezing to break their Sturdy then swap into my own mon of choice. This way I take Gliscor with Gyarados, Gallade with Aegislash, Zamazenta with Torkoal, and Blaziken with Donphan.
>Dumbass KidThe Mimic kid. Her team - Beartic, Scizor, Goodra, Frosmoth, Zapdos, Mega Swampert, perma rain. Golduck cancels the weather to stop Beartic's Swift Swim and burns with Scald, then I Hydro Pump as she swaps to Zapdos. She tries to use her Flying Z-Move but gets stopped by Lanturn who Scalds to kill. Goodra comes out but literally cannot hit Galarian Weezing at all - it sets up Curse for a few turns and tries to stall me out, but she swaps for Mega Swampert, who gets demolished by own Mega Venusaur. Scizor gets beat down by Turtonator and Frosmoth by Ferro, and the burned Beartic can't do anything. Get a Mudkip of my own on victory.
>>48795555The best way is setup - as other anons have pointed out, you don't need to outspeed Chomp, you just need to kill. The Milotic for instance can be very easily set up on by most Water types, the Spiritomb by Dark types, and so on. Utilizing stuff like Substitute beforehand also should be huge.
>>48796706F. At least that's one of the harder gyms down, though, good job anon.
Are you also going to take on the E4 rematches or is Deoxys strictly the final boss?
>>48797838How'd it go?
