-Artifish CANNOT have its lure changed. once it evolves or is caught, the lure is permanent.
with this in mind, the next step will be to decide which Poké Balls will be available as caps/lures, and what the rarity of each ball will be.
this should probably wait until we have decided on custom balls (if any) that we'll have in the game, but afaik, nobody has any plans to address that topic anytime soon.
