The Pokémon with this ability will be able to boost certain items assigned to it. For example certain berries will replenish double HP or increase more than one level certain status
Out of battle when Delphox carries an item for a certain amount of time, it will turn it into another, for example Iron Ball=Gold Nugget, Berries=Potions, Herbs=Status condition healing items, Apricorn=Pokeballs and more.
