It's one of the best special attacking types in the game, and yet Game Freak keeps making physical Electric-types despite the strongest non-signature Electric physical attack is Wild Charge with a paltry 90 base damage and recoil. It's like how they keep making slow, defensive Ice-types, except Ice is actually a terrible type and Electric is a great type.
