Held Item/fourth move enhanced the crippling, slow-death strategy.

This guy is currently my favorite Pokemon...I don't play competitively, but for in-game I gave him Sp.Atk/Atk/Sp.Def (about 1/3 each)...so far he's proven pretty good, but I might use a reset bag on him. He knows Dragon Pulse/Thunderbolt/Flamethrower/Sludge Bomb.
