>>16132716>>16132759Well it appears I was mistaken: Ice Punch and Ice Beam (for example) actually come out perfectly equal. I also redid the EQ/Power calcs, but apparently I did those right the first time as the former is still more powerful albeit at the cost of not cheesing the LO recoil. Personally I would take that to go but it looks pretty much up to preference.
