Pixilate Return is a powerful STAB, and EQ rounds out coverage nicely. Have to watch out for Fire/Flying types and airborne steels, so good teammates are crucial. Bulky Waters will probably pair well.
Alternative Special sets could boost with Agility or Cotton Guard (investing heavily in Sp.Def), while attacking with Hyper Voice, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, possibly Dragon STAB. Roost will still be a staple.
Altaria also boasts a great support movepool. Clerics with Heal Bell are possible, and other moves like Perish Song, Safeguard, Toxic, or Pixilate Body Slam paralysis might see use.
