Other than that I suffered no casualties but got pretty close due to how dangerous Chuck's Sudowoodo is, Nance the Marrowak handled it fine. Also I've missed my third encounter now, a Ponyta since i didn't have Nance in my party to use false swipe. But now I'm going to do the rocket hideout and after that I'll either go kill Pyrce or Jasmine.
