It should be noted of course that most Pokemon just seem to be animals that are just intelligent enough to understand basic commands. That doesn't make them intelligent enough to consent, that's like trying to claim that dogs are intelligent enough to consent.
But that aside, fucking Pokemon that you caught and own is a massive fucking ethical no-no. It's a conflict of interests at best, but more realistically it's a massive abuse of power in a relationship where one party naturally has dominance over the other. That is to say, it's almost as bad as rape. You are raping your Pokemon.
So the tl;dr is if you want to fuck your Gardevoir, that's fine so long as it's a consenting relationship and you are not its trainer. Good luck building up a rapport with it though, let alone figuring out if it consents.
