>>20400082i would like to recommend nicolaides, even though it requires a lot of effort. the best resource is just observational drawing. a shitload of it. you can technique, method and formula your way through your work if you want to, but in the end it will come to a point where they will always be distractions from your intuition through your accumulated experience of the figure, which is more important than any technique. it's the inescapable feeling you get that it isn't right and you don't know what to do even if the technique youre using seems secure at first. you have to acquire a consciousness of forms all by yourself, simply through experience of observational drawing over a long period of time. i don't really know what you mean by frameworks though, i kind of just draw the whole thing on itself i guess
