If you really want memes you could use this guy on an electric deck.
I personally think Counter Gain is gaining to much hype for what it's worth.
Sure it's a good card, but buiding a deck around it is bad practice imo, relying on something that only works when you're behind is bad, specially if the pokémon wouldn't be viable otherwise because it's too slow.
