Yeah, ARenko would be physically bulkier and would hit even harder on the special side. And you just gave her double on spread defense on top of that, which is even HIGHER, as well as doubled Speed. And she can still cast permaweather on top of everything else.
The only puppets who'd even have a chance in hell of being balanced with the Dream Fragment are Normal styles. Absolutely nothing else can fit it without instantly snapping the metagame like a rotten twig.
