A regional bug "Asilidae / Robber Fly" Pokemon that is stylized to look like a cartoon robber. Black and white stripes, markings that look like a face mask, and its head has a lumpy shape that resembles a beanie hat. Maybe some other details too. Steals food from other Pokemon.
It starts off as a maggot, then a pupa, then a fully grown robber fly.
Bug/Dark type. Incredibly high speed, good Attack, average HP and Special Attack, below average Defense and Special Defense. Abilities are Anticipation and Infiltrator. Hidden Ability is Technician. Learns Thief, Fling, Bug Bite, and U-Turn pretty early in its level-up movepool. Learns various Poison-type moves as well.
