Blaziken is designed like a fantasy avian creature that happens to be humanoid for the sake of its typing. Cinderace is designed like a cartoon human character that happens to be a rabbit for the sake of being specifically appealing to kids. The design philosophy is different and it shows. When it comes from the human direction for the sake of appeal, you get shit that's more furbaity. You can see it start to creep in when they started doing it on purpose.
