>>53542325yeah, it's just a response to the point of the lack of worthwhile hints/suggestions in the show that they have any feelings for each other that go beyond their friendship as it's portrayed in the show within the show itself. Everyone fights over these things, when really, we need more stories set in the future where they come to realize how much they care for each other. High Touch does it really well.
You do kinda have to feel bad for people who shipped them while the show was going though, got one good moment in Movie 10 where they're holding onto each other for dear life to not fall off the tower, only for absolutely nothing to happen for the next 3 movies.
Oh well, point being, write good fanfics.
