Sinnoh was the first region I actually played, and with the decline in quality since XY, I decided that once we got Sinnoh remakes I'd quit the franchise for good. That's why before Gen 7 all I wanted was a Sinnoh remake like FRLG/HGSS/ORAS. But then they made LGPE and I started anticipating a Let's Go Johto game.
Now they make a DP remaster and a prequel instead of a remake, and I have no idea what they might do for Johto or any other remake in the future. The unpredictability keeps me interested in the series even though I end up disappointed every time.
Why won't they just become predictable and let me quit in peace?
