Remove pointless admins, but give female grunts the female admin haircut.
Give as ace pokemon a different rotom to each scientist and make them cheat with a device that puts Electric terrain when their Rotom ace is out
Lysandre's ace is a shiny Gyarados and his entire team is red + Pyroar
Lysandre survives, Team Flare keeps being a menace in post-game and keeps extorting people, forming a postgame challenge (like a battle facility) where you have to defend the extorted people. They are working to get back in power.
After 6 succesful sabotaged extortions, you get a key to enter to their hideout, you have to defeat the scientist and Lysandre, after you defeat him you lose the key and have to start again stopping extortions.
