I like Delcatty because they're a big feral cat and are simultaneously majestic and Sanrio-tier adorable. They look like someone who wears perfume except without its migraine headaches, lingering odors, and sweat infusion. A classy but humble cutie. Also beautiful when either gender, and you can't say that about other Tumblr femboy mons like Meowscarada. Delcatty even works as a normal colorful majestic kitty pet when I'm not feeling furry-like. It ONLY sucks competitively, but it can work in a niche pure hackmons play.
Skitty is also based because they're like a Sanrio character with arguably better color grading and more complex design features. I also grew attached to them because of PMD, and I kept getting them in both PMD1 & 2 by answering the personality quiz honestly. I like it a little bit less (ESPECIALLY since it gets more of a spotlight than Delcatty), but it still ranges from middle S-tier to middle A-tier.
