>>40602531There really is no way to effect the direction of this franchise, there are so many millions who will pick up the game no matter what. SWSH and LGPE have shown me how little a lot of big pokemon fans think of the franchise, they expect so little from it and don't really care when it barely matches up. The series has never looked good so shut up, the games were easy anyway so becoming absolutely braindead is fine, who cares how it handled these aspects it is just pokemon lol. There is no drive to see the franchise reach new heights, they just want that yearly injection. 5 million will drop $60 for a small burst of nostalgia, another 5 million will cause they are kids fed a steady diet of pokemon media.
