in a non-grass deck it's basically a colorless GA electrode (gives 1E to itself coming down to 2E 70dmg attack, and it virtually has 0 retreat because it can give itself an energy before retreating) with a much larger hp pool. if that colorless deck also includes yanmega, it can ramp that up as well, and it starts being worth playing erika in the deck with 4 targets. maybe with manaphy ramping both up?
