Also on this blue vat you can get a Dhelmise, In older versions I remember it being a Reuniclus, which thankfully got moved to far earlier in the game but it's still eyebrow raising that they put Dhelmise here of all places, It's not a terrible Pokemon but it's incredibly mediocre, It hits like a truck but it's as slow as my internet and it's bulk isn't very impressive either, There's 0 justification for it being this late into the game, Why do some Pokemon fangames randomly make this thing available so fucking late? I like it a lot because it's a pretty cool Pokemon and it's a pseudo-Steel but it's always stuck to like the level 70's or so for no good fucking reason.
