Nope, Ash is 10 in all versions. My headcanon is that they thought it would have been cool if Ash aged when he became a Champion for first time (an actual Champion, not Orange Islands shit), making him more similar to Red, but has been so long they dropped the idea already. Which is a shame, SM's ending would have been perfect if Ash finally became 11 after beating Kukui

GSC/HGSS -> They are supposed to be as old as the protagonists of the prequels so 11-12 year old too
RSE/ORAS -> 11-12 year old (the MultiNav says the protagonist is 12yo near to the end of the story)
DPPt -> The Dex shows the heights and weights of the protagonist of HGSS and DPPt and they are about as tall as the one from Johto so these are 11-12 year old too (or even younger since they are a little shorter)
BW -> 14-15 (they were planned as 16yo at first but they ended up being 14 according to the Famitsu magazine)
B2W2 -> They are supposed to be as old as the protagonist of the prequels so 14-15 year old too
XY -> They are called "adults" by some characters and Emma in the postgame treats you as a senpai, and she's 16yo according to Xerosic documents so they are at least 17-18

Except Red, Green, Lusamine (and you know... a lot japanese media character) are DESIGNED to be like we see because those designs are more appealing, the kid isn't getting his own unique sprite and design, but using a common design that already exist for kids. Why would they use that sprite for a 4 years old instead the sprite they already use for 4 years old kid the rest of the game? What makes him different? Ashnime isn't canon you dumbfuck. Videogames' protagonist aren't 10 and no one get a pokemon at that age, you get one when someone gives you one, you might be 11 (like Red) or older than Emma (who is 16) like the XY protagonist and have no pokemon.
