No. Get your head out your ass and quit making up hypothetical, way over-the line arguments.
Go though each of the BanLists. IF you can make a pokemon fair to be played with getting of 1-2 moves or an ability, simply append that line to the pokemon's name on the banlist. Otherwise, just leave the banlist alone.
"Please unban these pokemon that are clearly broken by 1 move" is an entirely different argument than "Let's make every pokemon viable in every tier by banning various moves"
