nothing's stopping some troll from camping high traffic spots with an EV trained sweeper and forcing everyone to either vandalize the surroundings by digging around the ganker, or gitting gud
there's also stuff like ambushing miners, camping pokecenters, disrupting construction, etc.

if we absolutely must have involuntary PVP then there should at least be highsec safezones at spawn/towns where people can't force others to battle, if people want to force others to battle then they should keep it to the wilderness
just keep the fucking STFU clause optional and have it be used for the sole purpose of forcing people who talk shit to get hit, as some form of self-moderation because last gen taught us that jannies rarely do shit
