The chestnut approaches an unsuspecting Froakie with a mischievous grin and nothing but thoughts of cheatsy tricks up his spiky sleeves. As he gets closer to the frog, he forces his titters to come to a stop.
Froakie has been charged to guard the picnic site with the utmost dire of care. It is an extremely important task that he'll be reprimanded endlessly should he fail to carry it out.
Nothing must ruin the event occurring at the top of the grassy knoll, or so that's what Froakie hears. He's only the bodyguard at the hill's base, he doesn't know what the hell's going on up there, everything's hush-hush to him.
"Chesp, chess....~"
Chespin sneaks up behind the toad and taps him on his shoulder.
Voice modulator not currently on him, the frog turns around with a confused croak. As soon as he sees Chespin, he instantly becomes flared up with a haughty battling spirit, "Froak froak! Froakie!"
The frog pounds his fists together, suspecting that the nut-hedgehog-thing has returned for another bout with the finish. Of course, Froakie being Froakie, he instantly accepts without Chespin even proposing the duel.
"Ches, ches, Chespin!" he shakes his head with a smile.
