If you're really desperate for ideas though try listening to three random songs on your playlist, and try to somehow link the ideas you find in them into one narrative. A challenge of sorts. Alternatively, keep a dream journal and peek at it occasionally for inspiration. I never dreamed of what crazy, entertaining shit would end up writing itself on the pages of my dream journal. Except I did, but whatever.
