I trained it 129 HP and Spe and max Atk on Jolly Blaziken, as for the item, I'm currently using Shell Bell. I want it to be bulk enough to take in hits so it can setup SD safely, then just let Speed Boost raise its speed. I've tried it on the Maison, it works pretty okay, just need some polishing.
