With 2/3 of his health still up I thought it would still be safe to use him as a lead.
>BugsyWe're off to a terrible start, Bugsy's Scyther almost one shot Ramone, avoiding the Rock Throw with a U-Turn and switching to Metapod.
Metapod posses no real thread even to a heavily weakened Ramone so I felt safe finishing it off with another Rock Throw before switching to Freya against the Scyther.
Freya poisoned the Scyther in hopes of chipping away at his health, he wasted his turn leering before almost killing her with a Quick Attack, expecting another Quick Attack I switched to Tina, who's a ghost. Surprisingly Tina outsped Scyther and licked him before he took 1/3 of her health with U-Turn.
Bugsy switched to his Kakuna, I switched to Freya, I foolishly forgot he had Poison Sting and he very nearly killed Freya, poisoning her and taking her down to 1HP.
I immediately switched to Duna and Yawn's the Kakuna to sleep, the Kakuna woke up soon after and kept spamming Poison Sting, after many Stings and a potion from Bugsy, Freya finally killed the bug without ever getting poisoned.
Now comes the moment of truth, a lot of my Pokemon are badly injured and none of them could actually kill the Scyther, I had to take a risk.
I decided to curse the Scyther! Knowing full well that a single hit from him would surely kill Tina after a Curse.
Fortunately, he used Focus Energy, sparring Tina.
Now that Scyther was under Curse and Poison I knew he'd die the next turn, I just needed to tank one hit, and Jas was still at 100%, "gg, ez katka" I said to myself.

He one shots my girl from full health!
And just like that, my starter is dead.
Congratulations Bugsy, I hope you die in a fire.
