This can have multiple reasons. Mainly nintendo WiFi being absolute garbage, I'm assuming, but that doesn't change the fact that I can't really help you if that's the case. The best I can tell anyone is to go off and back on once I call out your post number but it's all kinds of fucked up anyway so no guarantees there either.
