The E4 was really easy. Krookodile soloed Caitlin and Serperior soloed Marshal. Grimsley and Shauntal weren't sweeps like the first two but they didn't give much of a challenge.
N was surprisingly easy. Serperior took out most of his team after setting up with coil against his Carracosta.
Ghetsis was rough. I lost half of my team, and Archeops only survived with 2 HP after a crit from his Bouffalant. Serperior probably could have survived if I played a little riskier but I wanted to get Darmanitan in safely against his Bisharp and not risk getting killed by a crit night slash.
Overall I wasn't expecting Serperior to do as well as it did in the end but I'm really happy with its performance. Simipour was consistently great too.

The game is pretty difficult until you get to The Under and you can buy TMs for protect and screens, then it becomes much easier. Overall I think Colosseum nuzlockes are, for the most part, manageable without using items in battle or using the legendary beasts.
For XD I used similar rules as Colo, but when trainers use multiple shadow Pokemon I only allowed myself to catch the first one they sent out. XD was significantly harder than Colo and has been by far the hardest run I've done in my autismlocke so far. I would recommend allowing items during battle but limiting them like
