Pulseman also has alot of other influence on Pokemon. Barry's battle theme in DPPt is from the Neo Tokyo stage of the game, Silver's battle theme is from Veil's theme. Pulseman's attack, Volt Tekker would become the basis of Volt Tackle and Pikachu's final smash in Smash Bros. Finally the villainous group is called Ginga-Dan (Galaxy Gang) which is what Team Galactic is known as in Japan.
