I'm not even sure how Litwick even moves around, it doesn't have levitate or anything and that 20 base speed gives me the impression that it kinda just hops. Also look at those stubby little arms. How am I supposed to do anything with those? None of Litwick's powers would benefit me in any way I'm not a pyromaniac, nor would I come into contact with fire to use flash fire. I also would need to eat other people's "life force" (whatever that means) if the pokedex is correct and that would probably mean that I'd end up murdering them or making them permanently fatigued in the process. Even if I'm able to evolve I don't think it would change much.
This is a fate worse than death.
