It was more about me being an idiot and immediately re-challenging the E4 for more XP and getting walled by Skarmory and Claydol who were 10 levels above my (then) team.
I was kinda hoping ORAS, or at the very least Steven, would give some love to Aggron. Or maybe give some NPC's, like the E4 and Champion, two or more teams with two or more candidates for mega evolution. So you fight a different mega every (other) run.
