1) In completing the >90% IV pokedex, if two pokemon have the same number of IV, would you keep the pokemon with more maxed out IV (more 15s) or the pokemon with higher CP (as the atk iv is calculated twice in the CP formula it becomes the most important one)?

Personally I would choose higher CP ones (starred in the pic), as even if the IV percentage is the same, they are stronger and maybe when trading is implemanted most people would want the 15s ones as they don't know about the CP formula, but they can check out the IV with appraisal.
2) Can anybody link me to a scanner with IV please? I saw people using it in the last thread.
