Why stop at dropping all but 400? Why not reduce the amount to 300? 200? Where is the cut off where you put your foot down?
When you acquiesce to the premise that some Pokemon aren't worth bringing back, you have no legitimate defense against more Pokemon being cut. After all, you were fine with 300 Pokemon being cut, so why would you be upset at 400?
