Even if the corruption could be controlled, it'd have to cause corruption at the RAM level and somehow allow writing arbitrary data to executable memory (Since TrustZone and executable flags are still a thing). After that, it'd be pretty much the same as any other software entrypoint.
This isn't nearly as useful as the web browser still being present and usable, which is how the Pegasus exploit was originally used to crack open the first layer of the system's security.
