I remember that; that was designed by someone who works on Pokemon designs, but for something unrelated. Someone posted a different picture of it months ago, it was on a bag or something, someone else dug it up and I think said what it was for, but I can't for the life of me remember what.
Wish I knew what the thing was called so I could look it up. I'd love to see more Pokemon-like things designed by Pokemon designers, like pic related.
